Egg Stuffed Meatloaf: The Tasty and Effortless Main Course Recipe

Ingredients :

MINCED MEAT:
750 g (1 1/2 pounds)
HARD-BOILED EGGS, PEELED

HAM:
8 slices
CHAPEL:
40 g (5 tablespoons)
PARMESAN:
20 g (4 tablespoons)
CHEESE:
6 slices
CHOPPED PARSLEY:
5 g (2 teaspoons)
NUTMEG:
1/2 teaspoon
SALT AND PEPPER

Instructions :

Step 1
Mix ground meat with salt, pepper, parsley, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Step 2
Lay out a sheet of parchment paper brushed with olive oil. Spread the meat on the parchment paper in a rectangle.
Step 3
Layer sliced cheese and ham on top.
Step 4
Place 5 hard-boiled eggs in a row in the middle of the meat layer.
Step 5
Use the parchment paper to press the meatloaf tightly together.
Step 6
Pinch the two edges together to cover the eggs. Bake at 200°C/400°F for 40 minutes. To check if the meatloaf is cooked through and safe, test the temperature with a thermometer. It should read 160° F.
Step 7
Remove from oven and let cool. Slice, serve and enjoy!
