Lemon mousse – the incredible creamy dessert

Ingredients :

-340 g of cream cheese .
-200 g of icing sugar.
-1 pinch of salt.
-1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
-1 lemon.
-240 g of cold whipped cream.

Preparation :

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, salt and then pour in the lemon juice.
Start mixing and add the cream and lemon zest. Continue beating and serve with the lemon zest.
