5 Ingredient Chocolate Pudding: How To Make A Delicious Dessert With Just A Few Ingredients!
INGREDIENTS :
250g dark chocolate
850 ml (3 1/2 cups) milk
4g agar-agar
90 g (1/2 cup) sugar
Cocoa Powder
Preparation :
Pour the chocolate into the bowl and melt it in the pan.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the agar agar then whisk for 5 minutes over medium heat until boiling.
Add the sugar and the melted chocolate then whisk one last time over low heat for another 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a cake mold (22cm – size of the mold) and let cool completely. Then leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
When the pudding is ready, invert it on the plate, sprinkle it with cocoa powder and serve.
