3 ingredients cake: the secret to make it in no time!
INGREDIENTS :
4 eggs
250 g (1 cup) cream cheese
400 g (1 can) condensed milk
METHOD :
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Whisk egg yolks in a mixing bowl. Add the ricotta and condensed milk and whisk well.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites. Add the egg whites to the first mixture and mix well.
Pour into a cake pan and bake for 45-50 minutes at 360°F/180°C.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
