2 large defrosted chicken breasts
2 teaspoon divided garlic (better to be fresh)
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup whole wheat panko small pieces
½ cup fresh shred parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to savor
Preheat oven to 205 °C.
Dunk each chicken breast in olive oil.
Make thin sections into the top of each chicken breast and stuff with garlic.
Blend panko and parmesan together in a shallow plate.
Dunk each chicken breast into the panko and parmesan mixture then place them into a baking plate.
Top with a spray of black pepper.
Cook for about 30 minutes or more until you make sure that there is no pink.
