500 grams of cubed cooked chicken
1 cup of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
100 grams of diced tomatoes
12 corn of warmed tortillas
Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
Mix together the chicken soup and tomatoes in a medium bowl; set aside.
Spray 1/3 of the tortilla strips over the bottom of an ungreased baking dish.
Layer half of the chicken over the tortilla strips; spoon half of the soup mixture evenly over the top; repeat layers.
Spray with the remaining tortilla strips.
Bake covered for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
Uncover then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for more 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Better serve warm and enjoy.
