1 loaf white bread, crusts cut off
1 packages 8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup melted butter
-Flatten the bread using a rolling pin.
-Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese in a small bowl.
-In another bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
-Spread the cream cheese mixture, about 1 tablespoon, on your flattened bread. Then roll it up jelly roll style.
-Dip the roll into your butter. And roll it around your cinnamon and sugar mixture until coated.
-Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
