What you need:

Himalayan pink Salt – 1 teaspoon
1 organic lemon, washed, cut into eighths
1 pitcher of clean filtered water
Procedure:

Add your lemon pieces into the pitcher of water, and then add your Himalayan pink salt. Leave it on overnight at room temperature.

When you wake up in the morning, drink 2 glasses of this mixture.

Note: Never use this drink if you have high blood pressure!
